When purchasing a workshop place with us, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions found here. The class in non-transferable, non-refundable so please be sure you can make the workshop before purchasing a place.
Your workshop place is confirmed once you have received the order confirmation email, this is your receipt of purchase and your order reference. If you have not received this, it is likely the payment hasn’t been processed and your workshop place is not confirmed and you should contact us immediately via the website contact page or via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Each workshop requires a minimum of 6 students to run and we reserve the right to cancel or postpone a workshop if there are not enough participants. We will always notify you within 7 days, offering either a full refund or a place on another workshop.
Whilst we endeavour to avoid such circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel, postpone or change the location of our workshops in unforeseen circumstances and can’t be held responsible for any additional costs occurred in such cases. DELIVERY & COLLECTION
We will send/prepare orders for collection in line with the delivery/collection day agreed. As with all orders, we reserve the right to substitute flowers/foliage/sundries to the value of the order placed if the exact flower/foliage/sundry is not in stock. The products in question will be at your risk from the time of delivery. We do not accept any liability for delayed deliveries caused by any third party or by fire, flood or mechanical breakdown. We do not accept any liability for incorrect postcodes or house names or numbers leading to deliveries to incorrect addresses. We do not deliver on Mondays or Sundays, unless otherwise agreed.
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to accept returns. All floral products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties or if the flowers we have received from our growers that are needed to make up your order do not meet our high quality standards, we reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to substitute any product with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent value and quality.
